Simple Tips to be at Peace

1. Play any game but don’t play the Blame Game.
Take responsibility for your actions and how you feel. No one has the power to hurt you except yourself.
See the advantage (good) in every disadvantage, person, event, idea, loss, suffering.
See the disadvantage (other side) in every situation, Gain, Win etc
Everything is the same – YING YANG. Emerge from the pattern…

If you are facing an unconscious person BE ON HIGH ALERT.
THIS IS THE BEST SPIRITUAL PRACTICE. YOU CAN EARN MORE POINTS

Also its good to communicate if you are not comfortable with a given situation instead of grumbling about it under your breath.

2. When you can’t change anything around you, change your attitude OR BE AWARE.
The sun really doesn’t set or rise, the earth turns its face. Every dark night brings a morning to look forward to. The nature of the rain is same, but in some places it grows flowers and in some throns.

3. Take any trip, but don’t take the guilt trip.
Don’t play a victim or a judge. Just be conscious of your words & actions.

4. Dont be proud. Don’t burn any bridges, instead break walls. BE HUMBLE
You meet the same people while climbing down the success ladder.

Those who humble themselves will be exalted & vice versa. Don’t want to be embarrassed ? So shut the boastful mouth. That’s why the tongue is caged in the teeth.
Be like the sun, dry the clothes of the rich and the poor without pride.
Bad memory is the secret to a good conscience !
Give and forget; Forgive and forget; Invest and forget;
Keep forgetting and rewards will follow you like a shadow.
Move towards the light and the shadow will follow. Desires (winning and gaining ) of the world are mere shadows.
Keep remembering and you will have no memory left in your brain for new experiences.

5. Don’t pretend. When you think you are fooling others, you are actually fooling yourself.
When angry ; Breathe a lot; Don’t Speak at all. Control your mind by breathing.
Communicate. BUT communicate with LOVE. You may have honey to serve but if you put it in a bottle and stick a label called “poison” , no one will want to risk believing you. !
As you sow so you reap. So when you plant chilies don’t be sad/curse God /blame destiny if you see chilies in your garden and not mangoes. Just enjoy the chilies and buy some mangoes.

6. True success is working without effort.
If you love your work there is no effort. If u are stuck in a wrong job change your attitude till you get another one.
A day without laughter is a day wasted.

7. Don’t spread negativity. If you can’t do good don’t do bad.
Don’t criticize people who are negative, don’t judge them by their symptoms look at their
Dis-ease … They need a doctor,,, remember Jesus….
More individuals become so anxious about their own troubles, and yet helping others is the best way to rid yourself of your own troubles. For what is the pattern? He gave up Heaven and entered physical being that ye might have access to the Father.

8. Don’t make rules nor break them . Whatever you do, be conscious of the consequences.
You learn a lot with risks. But have strength to face the results of the risks.
Have no fear but don’t hurt or ridicule those who fear.
Do to others as you want them to do unto you
Self realization is the Best Realization so don’t give or take too much advice.
Less = More (You can communicate more with action and few words)
Before you preach make sure you practice it. Its embarrassing otherwise.
Though a little of anything is just fine.

9. When you are really low count your blessings :When you crib for shoes remember some don’t have legs.

10. You never lose and there are no mistakes.
Good times make good memories and bad times make good lessons.

Seeking God can be compared to a fish searching for water.
GOD is everywhere, in you , around you.

Is it not your feeble breath that has erected and hardened the structure
of your bones and made your chest rise?

Life is beautiful journey enjoy it.
Life is a video game, play it , evolve to the next level,
Living is an art , master it, Life is a song sing it, Life is a dance vibe with it..

The opposite of Birth = Death
There is no opposite to LIFE so Love Life

Gooey Sticky Mess

My first blog ever.. at the age of 30...
To my friends this will sound like losing virginity at 50.
Anyways, I started registering my profile . Name , password etc,,,
Then i was asked for the blog address, and to my shock all the good names have been taken.
I started with Faith, Hope, Love, Life, Light, Peace, Shalom...... all taken
I was so pissed, even 'what the hell' is taken,,, even 'all names taken' is taken...
what the f.....
Nways.... since i was irritated i choose 'Gooey Sticky Mess'
